Identity and registration
The applicant and organisational name is Muntalaq Al-Nahda Organization for Sustainable Development, in Arabic منظمة منطلق النهضة للتنمية المستدامة. Registration status: Registration in progress. This website is not a registration certificate, donor accreditation or evidence of awarded funding. Registration documents will be supplied to authorised parties when issued, and legal and contractual prerequisites must be met before activities that require them.
Authority and representation
The organisation uses the approved internal bylaws supplied by its management as its governance reference. Article 53 assigns operational rules to the Board, while Article 56 links the bylaws’ effectiveness to completed registration. Adopted by authorised management on 15 October 2026, these policies operate as safeguarding commitments and internal procedures during registration; they do not assert statutory effectiveness or legal personality. Signing authority, appointments and decisions must be recorded appropriately. Mentioning a person or entity on this website does not establish a partnership or delegation. Agreements require the designated authority; partner names or logos must not imply endorsement or funding without documented permission.
Due diligence and written agreement
Before partnering, assess identity, relevant experience, references, authority, financial and technical capacity, safeguarding, conflicts and applicable restrictions. The written agreement sets roles, resources, budget, procurement, data, safeguards, reporting, ownership, audit, dispute handling and exit. Distinguish confirmed from unconfirmed contributions; undocumented promises are not secured funding.
Equity and accessibility
Use clear need-based service criteria without discrimination based on sex, disability, age, origin, religion, displacement or political affiliation. Assistance must not require publicity, political participation or a personal favour. Address physical and communication access, timing and privacy, involve affected groups in design and provide safe complaints routes.
Safety, environment and service quality
Do not undertake clinical, engineering or safety-critical repair work without suitable competence and acceptance checks. Refer work beyond team competence to a qualified provider. Assess environmental effects and manage tools, waste and hazardous materials safely. Mobility projects must connect wheelchair provision or repair with functional assessment, fitting, safety checks, user guidance and follow-up; item counts alone do not establish quality.
Results and sustainability
Set baselines, verifiable indicators and targets and responsibility for evidence, avoiding duplicate beneficiary counts. Label estimates and targets as plans and claim achieved results only to the extent supported. Resolve operating and maintenance resources, asset ownership and handover before committing to delivery. Report unresolved funding, deviations and corrections, distinguishing individual team experience from institutional delivery.
Document control
Policy owner: Board of Directors, under Article 53 of the approved internal bylaws. Review at least annually and after significant changes. Arabic and English versions are equivalent; resolve any ambiguity without weakening protection.
